Blossom Atelier LLC Lifetime Warranty
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty to ensure your jewelry remains as beautiful as the day you received it.
Warranty Coverage:
The lifetime warranty covers re-polishing and normal wear and tear. If you would like to restore the shine to your ring or remove some old scratches, we will re-polish it to as close to new condition as possible.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us for evaluation. If we determine that the damage is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or, if appropriate, replace it. If the original design is no longer available, we will provide a replacement equal to the original purchase price.
These services are free of charge, but the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Where This Warranty Does Not Cover:
Fine jewelry is carefully crafted to be treasured and collected, but it is subject to rough play or accidental damage. Rings are worn on the hand and are particularly susceptible to the elements. Here’s what this warranty does not cover:
Accidental Damage: Any accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty. This may include, but is not limited to, deep scratches, bent rings, chips, and bent prongs.
Chemical Exposure: Discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, pools or hot tubs.
Lost or Stolen: Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Third Party Repairs or Alterations: Any services performed by a third party other than Blossom Atelier LLC, including sizing and engraving, will void this warranty.
Unique Jewelry Features:
Each piece of jewelry is unique to you and is enhanced by natural variations or inclusions in the material. These unique features are not imperfections but a testament to the natural beauty of your item.
Warranty Terms
This warranty is only available to the original purchaser. If we determine that the problem is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will let you know if a reasonably priced repair is available.

Loss and Damage Coverage
We offer additional loss and damage coverage to protect you if your ring is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged. This coverage is separate from the warranty, which only covers cleaning, repairs, and normal wear and tear. You can choose to purchase Loss and Damage coverage at the same time, and it is valid for 3, 5, or 10 years.
During the 3-year coverage period, you can replace one ring. During the 5-year coverage period, you can replace two rings. During the 10-year coverage period, you can replace three rings.
Please note that our Loss and Damage coverage does not cover customer abuse or resizing. For lost or stolen rings, you must provide a copy of the police report for replacement and pay a replacement fee of 20% of the current retail price of the ring. Lost gemstones are also subject to a replacement fee of 20% of the current retail price of the gemstone. Loss and Damage coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Production Lead Time
Once payment is received and the correct ring size is confirmed, we will arrange for the production of your ring. Most of our rings are completed within 3-5 weeks; however, because each ring is made to order, some rings may take longer. Please check the product page for the most accurate production time for your ring.
If you are shipping materials to make your ring, production will take longer.
If your order is on a tight deadline, we recommend purchasing an expedited order upgrade and specifying your desired delivery date in your order. Please note that not all rings can be expedited.
Accurate Ring Sizing
Finding a perfectly fitting ring can be overwhelming at first, but with a little knowledge, anyone can do it. The first thing to note is that our rings come in three different fits: comfort, beveled, and standard. Most of our rings are comfort fit, but some are beveled or standard fit.

Comfort-Fit
Beveled-Fit
Standard-Fit
Comfort-fit rings are designed with a rounded interior profile that provides a more ergonomic fit. These rings are especially popular for those who wear their rings daily, as the rounded interior reduces friction and allows for easy movement of the ring on the finger. Comfort-fit rings are often recommended for individuals with larger knuckles, who want a more relaxed fit, or on wider rings like many men's rings are.
Beveled-fit rings, on the other hand, have a bevel on the interior edge. This provides a more comfortable fit than standard-fit, as the beveled edge reduces the pressure on the finger and allows for a smoother sliding on and off the finger. Beveled-fit rings offer a balance between comfort and traditional fit.
Standard-fit rings are the most traditional type of ring fit. These rings have a straight interior, which means that the inside of the ring is flat and smooth. Standard-fit rings are popular because they are easy to size; however, some people may find standard-fit rings less comfortable to wear for long periods of time, especially on wider rings like many men's rings are.
